Common questions

Where is my data stored?

All your actions and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. If you sign in with Apple, an encrypted backup is stored in the cloud so you can restore on a new device.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Setup in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove all cloud data. You can also use "Reset setup" to clear local data without deleting your account.

Notifications aren’t working

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings > I Need a Minute > Notifications. In the app, check Setup > Check-ins to verify the toggle is on.
