A calmer home, built around your planlatest
The biggest change since launch. The home screen used to ask you to pick a lane and then an action — two decisions before anything happened. Now it's one calm plan you set up on a good day and run one small step at a time on a bad one. Less to think about when thinking is the hard part.
- A single guided Plan replaces the three lanes — your steps, in your order, one tap at a time
- New home screen: your plan, gentle “I’m okay / not great” check-ins, and calm micro-tools always within reach
- Home-screen widgets: start your whole plan with one tap, or glance at your next steps without opening the app
- Onboarding now walks you through building your plan

The first version of I Need a Minute. Built from years of living with executive dysfunction — the mornings where my body wouldn't move, the texts I couldn't send, the obligations that piled up while I was paralyzed. This isn't a productivity app. It's an eject button for your worst days.
- Three lanes — Reach out, Handle obligations, Ground yourself — each with pre-configured actions you set up on a clear day
- Activation Routines that break impossible tasks into steps so small your frozen brain can't object
- Safe Person Alerts: one tap sends a pre-written message to someone who gets it
- Action Groups that bundle obligations into a single play button
- Grounding exercises available instantly, no scrolling through paragraphs of explanation
- Everything stored locally on your device — no accounts, no servers, no tracking
